At Grasmere we strive to give you, the customer, a large variety of hand-crafted products and objects of art. Most of these were created by individual artists, small workshops, or were imported from overseas from Fair Trade sources.  Our products can not be sent back to large warehouses or overstock liquidation companies. We offer a limited return policy reflecting our commitment to the arts and crafts.

We can not accept returns on any original art work or antiques.

All general items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a merchandise credit.  

All returned items must be in good condition and  must be unworn (clothing, accessories).

We can not accept returns on any Holiday merchandise.

We can not accept returns on any live plants, fresh arrangements or fresh evergreen wreaths or swags.
